Dustin Nichols
Dustin grew up in Southeast Georgia chasing farm pond bass and inshore species in the vast marshes of the Golden Isles. He proudly served in the USMC after high school and now resides in Texas, with its plentiful lakes and inshore flats. He began walking into spots and wade fishing, but kayaking opened up so many more spots with the ease of access and ability to cover more water. He enjoys sight casting red fish and targeting big speckled trout in the winter, but you can find him chasing bass as well! As a frequent writer in Saltwater Angler Magazine, he likes to share tips and tactics that help new anglers. Dustin also feels the camaraderie of the kayak fishing community is what helps it grow. Dustin is currently sponsored by Waterloo Rod Co., Beck& Masten Coastal Bend GMC, KDen Lures, Tennessee Trailers, Tidewaters Apparel Co., and is a proud member of Jackson Kayak's national pro staff.
